We have bought from this dealer before, so that says something. We have recommended Value Cars to friends, so that says something else as well. Buying a 2nd car always carries a risk and you may find a minor fault even in the best of presented cars. Any small minor problem I have encountered with Value Cars is dealt with courtesy as well as promptly. My next car is more than likely to be purchased from Value Cars York if they have what I want.

Adam was amazing throughout the transaction. We went on a test drive together, saw issue with sensors and he ordered them right away and replaced them as soon as they arrived. Although the work was for just an hour but he was nice enough to provide me with a courtesy car for that time so I don’t face any troubles. He even got the wheel balancing done without charging anything. The car is working great and I can highly recommend Value Cars York and Adam for their exemplary service!

After a few recommendations of Value Cars after passing my test, I decided to have a look on their website and instantly fell in love with a Toyota Yaris and booked a viewing straight away. Adam was happy to show me around the car and to tell me some of the cars history etc. the car was very clean inside out and very well presented. I went home and had a think for a couple of days as I wanted to keep my options open but I was uber convinced that the Yaris would be perfect for me. Upon contacting Adam to tell him I was happy with the car and wanted it, he was great help and organising finance for me and the car was ready to collect within a couple of days. I have since done around 500 miles already in my new car and absolutely love it. Thank you again Adam @ value cars, would definitely use again and recommend.
