This is the second car I have bought from Value Cars. Again, as before, very friendly service. Given time to look and also test drive with no pressure to buy. After purchase Adam gave us a 'walk-thru' of all the cars controls and features. He also did all the online documentation for us including road tax. Special thanks to Mario - friendly and very helpful, he took a lot of care to ensure all was ok with the car, and that we were happy with it. -Nothing was too much trouble, includind doing a diagnostics check on the vehicle to ensure there were no problems. -Thankyou Mario. The car is covered with a 3 month warranty, giving peace of mind when buying a used car. A trustworthy and fair used car business.

Apart from having to wait two and a half weeks for delivery very happy with service. Car prepaid ok and delivery went without a hitch. Staff I dealt with were friendly and did follow up afterwards to see I was happy with the car. So overall, good experience.
