Wonderful experience from seeing the car upto a year later when my purchase is due its MOT. Nothing is to much for these guys. They will help out how trivial your enquiry is. I would recommend giving them a visit and I will definitely purchase another car from them when the time comes.

In looking for a used Honda Jazz I failed to make any progress at the larger dealers in York, and even after a month they have not got back to me! However, it was just the reverse at Value Cars: the staff obligingly looked for a suitable vehicle, which was promptly brought to York, and within a week I’d purchase the car. I much appreciated the service he offered and also the car, which was well presented and good value! It’s more like a family business and certainly does not have the glitz of the major players; however, it’s the quality of service that matters!

I needed a new car after my old one unexpectedly had a gearbox failure. I contacted Value Cars as I had previously purchased a vehicle from them and had a good experience. They offered me a good deal on a vehicle matching my needs, but originally not my budget, which was further helped by accepting my old car for parts exchange. I was able to drive the car away on the day which was immensely helpful to prevent a further loss of income for me (I need my car to work). When I came back a few days later for some final paperwork, I pointed out a faulty light switch and a chipped part of the windscreen that I had previously missed. They were absolutely brilliant, immediately offering to replace the switch and fix the screen at a time convenient for me. I brought my car in for the scheduled repair and within 30 minutes everything was in working order again. Would absolutely recommend them without hesitation if you want someone that cares beyond just selling you the car.
