Overall good experience, but disappointed with p/x price on my old car after being told they wouldn’t retail it again then I see it on their website for a lot more than I was given! That said, I am pleased with the car I purchased and the salesperson was easy enough to deal with.

Thank you for your honest and kind review. All cars are valued fairly, honestly and inline with motor trade book value. the option is always with the customer to Part exchange or sell privately. A 2000 X reg with nearly 150k miles is not something we normally consider for retail. The offer is still there to get the car back and sell private.
