Was looking for my first car and Heard about value cars in York. What they currently had wasn't what I wanted or interested in so the car dealer asked me what car I wanted and basics like cost, mileage. Etc. Within a couple of days he found the car I requested and gave me a great deal too, was very happy with the car and experience and would recommend to anyone else looking for a car to buy from value cars.

I have had such a great experience buying my used Ford Focus Titanium from Value Cars York and can thoroughly recommend Adams professionalism coupled with the friendly, relaxed and efficient way he dealt with the whole process. As a former Sales Director in the motor trade thirty or so years ago I fully recognise the capable way he performed the selling process from initial phone call to handover by his very knowledgeable staff .The car was spotless and was prepared to a high standard. His car handover team were very helpful and pointed out various car features with great detail. During the various phone calls conducting our negotiating there was no high pressure selling during the whole episode. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.Well done Adam

I judge a business by how they deal with issues if they arise. I recently bought a very nice Fiat 500 from Value Cars but unbeknown to anyone a problem developed with the clutch and gearbox.They took the car back without any argument, offered me a free curtesy car, and returned mine a few days later with new parts which no doubt cost them a lot of money.Car now running beautifully- Happy to highly recommend Value Cars

Best experience in buying a car with no pushy sales people. Being left to look around on our own was a big hit with me. On finding the car we were looking for we went and found Mario who asked us if we would like to test drive the car on our own. After we got back again there was no rushing to try and sell us the car. Mario told us everything they had done to car and if we wished to purchase the car it would be ready to pick up in around 3 days as they would need to service and valet the car. 12 months M.O.T was put on the car and, Mario gave us a great part exchange on our car. We agreed to the sale and the car was ready to collect 48 hrs later. Mario also took care of the road tax and the paperwork for both vehicles so when we drove away everything was sorted. Mario and his team were really helpful and professional from start to finish Thank you everybody.

This is the first time I have bought a car (age 53!) and I would highly recommend Value Cars to anyone. Mario and Adam were both very helpful. I went to look at the car on Friday, and Mario showed us the car, answered our questions, and didn't put us under any pressure. My friend test-drove it (I haven't passed my test yet!) and said it was an excellent car for my budget. We put a deposit down and went to pick it up the following day. It was spotless, both inside and out, and the engine as well. Adam also sorted the tax for me. He spent time going through the paperwork and showing me how everything in the car worked. I am very pleased with the car and excited to have a car for the first time ever! I will definitely recommend Value Cars to friends and family!

I can guarantee anyone that the service I received at Value Cars Ltd will not be beaten anywhere in this country. The friendliness and efficiency that they gave me was superb. Adam and Mario were a pleasure to deal with. Adam completed all the paper work, retrieved my car from my home, leaving me to just drive my newly purchased Honda Civic away from Value Cars a very happy man. The car is immaculate inside and out and I would highly recommend Value Cars to anyone.
