The man was really friendly and even put diesel in the car when we took it on a test drive. The windscreen washer was blocked they did offer for me to take it back for them to fix it but it was easier for me to do it where I live. Also the electric window control on the drivers side for the passenger window is faulty which I wasn’t aware of.

In looking for a used Honda Jazz I failed to make any progress at the larger dealers in York, and even after a month they have not got back to me! However, it was just the reverse at Value Cars: the staff obligingly looked for a suitable vehicle, which was promptly brought to York, and within a week I’d purchase the car. I much appreciated the service he offered and also the car, which was well presented and good value! It’s more like a family business and certainly does not have the glitz of the major players; however, it’s the quality of service that matters!
