TLDR: None pushy, informative salesman Accommodating when it came to what method of payment to use Helped make sure I knew how to look after the car once I left the lot We were given time and space to look at the car on our own, we made to feel welcome and have our questions answered without being overbearing. Our sales man, was very straight forward. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a car, more he was informing us about the car we were looking at. I liked this because as a first time buyer I had encountered plenty of pushy salesmen, I also interpreted it as: he knew he had a decent car to sell and if I didn't but it someone would. Once I showed interested and started asking about financing, and coming back another day he did mention other people were interested and he felt it would be gone soon. At the time I was a little wary of this because it was a tactic others had tried to use in other companies, but after looking at other reviews customers have left before and after I bought my car, I genuinely believe he was just being honest, it was a very good, for a very good price after all. Once I committed to buying the salesman became a lot friendlier (this is not to say he was friendly before, more informative) and warmer. He was very helpful in trying to find the best way for us to pay, it did get a little confusing at times, but that was mainly down to me and my family trying to get the funds. The salesman was very accommodating through the phone calls backwards and forwards. When I came to collect the car, it was a very warm welcome, he went through all of the paper work, answered any and all questions (I had a lot) with a smile on his face. He showed me to the car, even opened the door for me to get in, I know this is standard practice in most places, but I liked it, it made me feel special, and how I imagined I'd feel buying a new car from a fancy garage showroom. We contacted Adam after checking reviews online and we saw a car that we liked so we contacted value cars to ensure they were open being bank holiday. We arrived and asked for small engine cars. Adam was very friendly and instantly pointed us in the right direction he recommended us the best car and we could take it for a test drive. Absolutely amazing. They agreed to increase the warranty to 6 months and delivered the car to us, we were hours away and they only charged an extra £125 for both extras. The car is in beautiful condition just as described, a far superior garage to the everyday. We got all of the paperwork and the process was very quick. Definitely go with this garage you will have no trouble. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
