Rubbish service, spent over 2 days contacting via phone and email and too busy to read texts or speak, only one member of staff as other in Scotland so short staffed and just asked re negotiate price of 2 cars and asked re how can pay more for a new one l texted them it was my mum's money l was borrowing she is dead so ended up crying horrible and humiliating experience would never go the them ever or use them everyone negotiates and should not be questioned where l get my money from it was a better car 2nd one so having to borrow it l do not need to explain if they get the money and cash totally disgusted !!!!

It most unfortunate and very regrettable to receive a review like this. Particularly, from a customer who never met us to know what we are really all about. All our previous customer reviews testify to the excellent service and care we offer. We offer all our customer an excellent service, we go the extra mile and a have no quibble guarantee on all our cars In ten years with value cars we have never experienced such an reasonable person that demand discount simply because the Autotrader website recommend a lower price or they will give us a bad review. We politely declined to offer the discount the customer asking and based on that we were given such a bad review. Although it is very difficult at the current pandemic financial situation to find cars below £1000 We are happy to look after our customers and find a cheap car to suit their needs.

Top service from Adam and Mario. My son bought his first car from them the week before Christmas. Although he had a slight glitch with the car the guys resolved it very quickly without any hassle. Excellent customer service.

So glad I come across this company! The whole process went seamless to get my new Audi Q3. Adam and Mario were amazing and I can't believe how fast it took for me to get my car! Thank you and I would definitely recommend.

I drove 360 miles round trip to secure the car I wanted from here, as I knew that not only was this a top drawer bargain but Adam was sincere, honest, helpful but understanding when I initially bailed out before committing to buy the previous week. Very friendly and helpful.this has been the easiest buying experience I have ever known .I arrived on the off chance they had a car I liked and 45minutes after seeing one I wanted I was driving it home.I would recommend to anybody .

Adam at value cars responded promptly to any communication prior to my visit. Whilst there Mario was friendly but not pushy letting me take the car for a test drive a couple of times without pressuring me for a sale. As a single female buying a car this was refreshing . Would recommend Value Cars to anyone interested in buying a used car.

I wanted to buy a used car so I could be more flexible. As a student, my budget was very limited. My housemate drove me to Value Cars and we had a look around. By chance, I found a cute Suzuki Wagon. Despite having to leave for a wedding, the seller hoped in with me and we went for a short drive. The car also had incredibly low mileage, due to only having had one owner. I decided to buy it. Since it still needed to be cleaned, we agreed that the seller would come pick me up when it was ready. I bought the car that day and have been enjoying my new freedom. When my engine light came on, I brought the car to Value Cars, they took a look and determined that it was the EGR valve. They gave it a clean and it was fine for a while, but came back on. They immediately offered to source a replacement valve for me and only charged me the (very low) cost of the part, not for replacing it - this was done within 24h of me reporting the problem. Above and beyond, would definitely recommend them!
